Yukio is the founder and president of an apparel company who places priority on company profits to the detriment of his exploited workers, but he doesn’t see it that way. Mitamura enters a university to study company management from the ground up. There, the 45-year-old encounters novice instructor Kyoko and younger students who refer to him as the “cram-free generation”. At first, Yukio is mocked, but as he gets to know the people around him more, he becomes inspired even as he has a positive influence on them in this unique comedy-drama.
